Amazon Price Change

ChristianBookHeaven.com requests that you manually set the price to match for the US, Canada, UK, and Australia (instead of using Amazon’s automatic currency conversion).

Here’s how to do that.

1) Login to kdp.amazon.com.

2) Go to your Bookshelf.

3) To the right of the book in question, look for the gray square with three dots in it and HOVER your mouse over the box.

A pop-up menu will appear. Click the selection “Edit eBook Pricing.”

You are now on the Kindle eBook Pricing page.

4) Scroll down a bit to the “Royalty and Pricing” area.

If you are going to make the new price less than $2.99 USD, you first click the radio button to change your royalty plan to 35%.

Edit your List Price to the new price.

Then expand the “Other Marketplaces” box by clicking the down arrow at the right side, and you will see a list of markets.

Scroll down to find the box for Amazon.co.uk and edit the price to match the US price.

Scroll down to find the box for Amazon.ca and edit the price to match the US price.

Scroll down to find the box for Amazon.com.au and edit the price to match the US price.

5) Scroll to the very bottom of the page and save your changes by clicking the yellow button “Publish Your Kindle eBook”.

The changes will take a few hours to propagate across the network. We recommend you change the prices no later than 9pm (Eastern = GMT -5) the day before your promotion (Earlier that day adds extra certainty).
